Diamonds

Are your diamonds real?
Yes. Every stone we set is a lab-grown diamond, which is chemically and optically identical to a mined diamond. The difference is where it was formed, not what it is.

What cuts do you work with?
Round, oval, pear, emerald, marquise, cushion, princess, radiant, heart and several others. The shape filter on each collection page shows what is currently in stock.

Metals and sizing

Which metals can I choose?
10KT, 14KT and 18KT gold, each in white, yellow or rose. Every product page lets you switch between them and shows the piece in the metal you have chosen.

How do I find my ring size?
Our size guide explains how to measure at home and converts between millimetres and ring sizes. If you are between sizes or buying as a surprise, contact us and we will help.

Can a ring be resized later?
Get in touch with the order details and we will tell you what is possible for that particular setting.

Orders and delivery

What does delivery cost?
Delivery is complimentary across India. Full terms are in our shipping policy.

Can I return or exchange a piece?
Yes, within the terms set out in our exchange and return policy.

Care and warranty

Is my piece guaranteed?
Every piece carries a lifetime manufacturing warranty, which covers faults in how it was made rather than accidental damage or ordinary wear.

How should I look after it?
Our jewellery care page covers cleaning, storage and the everyday habits that keep a piece looking new.
