Our services are intended for use by individuals over the age of 18 acting on behalf of a legitimate business entity. By using our website or placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement and have the authority to act on behalf of your business.

3. Products & Descriptions

All pieces are handcrafted to order. We make every reasonable effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and specifications (including metal weight, diamond quality, and dimensions) are accurate.

• Minor variations in weight, size, and finish may occur due to the handcrafted nature of each piece.
• Product images are for representation purposes; actual pieces may vary slightly.
• All diamond and gold specifications are provided in good faith based on our sourcing and certification standards.

4. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and confirmation by IWA Jewels.

• Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of agreed payment terms (advance payment, TT, or LC as applicable).
• Prices are quoted in the agreed currency and are subject to change until an order is confirmed in writing.
• Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ) may apply to wholesale/trade accounts.
• IWA Jewels reserves the right to decline or cancel any order at its discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or non-payment.

5. Production & Delivery

As all pieces are made to order, production and delivery timelines are as set out in our Shipping Policy. Timelines are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates, given the handcrafted and made-to-order nature of our products.

6. Cancellations & Returns

Given the made-to-order and custom nature of our products:

• Orders may be cancelled only prior to the commencement of production; cancellation requests after production has begun may not be accepted or may be subject to charges.
• Custom and private-label orders are non-refundable and non-returnable once production has commenced.
• Any claims regarding defects or discrepancies must be raised within 48 hours of delivery, with photographic evidence, as outlined in our Shipping Policy.

7. Site Content & Intellectual Property

The website and all content on it — including designs, CAD renderings, photography, text, logos, layout, and the IWA Jewels name and trademarks (collectively, the “Site Materials”) — are the proprietary property of IWA Jewels and are protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and trade dress laws. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable license to view the Site Materials for the purpose of evaluating IWA Jewels as a trade partner. This license does not permit reproduction, resale, data-mining, scraping, or commercial use of any Site Materials without our prior written consent.

Custom designs created for a specific trade partner remain subject to the terms agreed in the relevant order confirmation or private-label agreement, which shall govern in the event of any conflict with this section.
